As of March 13th 2006, Pagos Spreadsheet Component V3.2 has been downloaded 10,252 times through CNET's Download.com site. In terms of the total number of downloads, PSC is currently the most popular Java Class Library. PSC reached this level of popularity within less than three months since it was first published at Download.com on December 4th, 2005.

Pagos Spreadsheet Component Supports Visual Studio 2005

Pagos, Inc. announced the release of Version 3.2 of its Spreadsheet Component. The main feature in this release is the full support of Visual Studio 2005. Also included in this release is support for 11 new Excel functions. Most database functions in Excel are now supported.

Java Version of Pagos Spreadsheet Component is Released

Pagos, Inc. announced the release of Version 3.1 of its Spreadsheet Component. Pagos Spreadsheet Component (PSC) allows companies to convert their spreadsheet based models into enterprise level application.

Implementation of Java interface is the major feature incorporated in this release. In addition, 41 new Excel functions have also been added. With that, total number of Excel functions supported exceeds 250. This makes Pagos Spreadsheet Component one of the most comprehensive spreadsheet components in the market.

Pagos Spreadsheet Component Version 3.0 for .NET and COM is released

Pagos, Inc. announced the release of Version 3.0 of its Spreadsheet Component. Pagos Spreadsheet Component (PSC) allows companies to convert their spreadsheet based models into enterprise level application.

PSC allows companies to use existing spreadsheet models and seamlessly connect them to other enterprise applications or simply create new applications around them. PSC can free business units from the painstaking task of writing detailed business specifications for IT teams to write software codes and eliminate time consuming testing and re-testing of that code. Projects that take months to complete can be delivered in a matter of weeks. Since the business logic still resides in spreadsheets, business users can modify it without requiring any IT intervention.

Implementation of .NET interface is the major feature incorporated in this release. Over 60 new Excel functions have also been included in this version. With Version 3.0, the number of Excel functions supported exceeds over 200. Over 90% of financial functions are supported in this release. Overall architecture has also been improved in this release to provide better performance and memory management on handling complex Excel applications.
